Day 141

March 26, 2006

This week dawned a little snowy and foggy. As the week progressed, the sun was around, the wind stayed calm and the temperatures were above zero.

Karen's trip out on Friday went as per usual, but the camera refused to go with her. We wanted to meet with Terry, so we went out on Sunday and had a short meeting in the little coffee shop in Priddis.

All the dormers are now complete and the roof support system is complete. On the front gable of the master bedroom you can see the cedar 2x that finishes off between the log gable and the roof sheeting. If you look closely on the interior picture, you will see how Mark has not cut the logs on the slope but rather inset the cedar plank into the front off the logs with a rabbet.
