While Bill was enjoying sun and warm weather (temperature in double digits) up in Grande Prairie, Alberta, Calgary was subject to cooler weather and some amounts of rain.

Knowing that she could not go out as usual on Friday, Karen took a trip out on the afternoon of rainy Thursday April 5, 2006.

The boys had begun putting rafters on the dormers. The majority of the great room rafters are also completed. The south face of the master suite roof has been shingled and the finicky work on the front gable of the guest wing is complete.
