In April of 2004, Bill and Karen, Mike and Marie-Claude Singleton, Tony and Sandra Coffey all visited the Crestview Ranch Estates. Bill and Karen fell in love with the place and proceeded to purchase Lot 6. It took a while (one whole year), but Mike and Marie-Claude decided to purchase Lot 4. |
